Can you advise on sizing;

When choosing a size I highly recommend measuring the chosen space. All measurements can be found in the product description. We use official A1, A2, A3 sizing for our prints. Limited Edition sizing will be stated and clarified in the description also as these come in one designated size specific to that Edition.

What is your refund policy? How can I make a return?

There is a no refund policy with each print purchase. Should there be a problem with your order, such as the unusual event of the wrong Artwork arriving or if you have any Artwork delivered from us which is faulty or part-missing, then we ask that you contact us directly using the “contact” information available on the Website within 14 days after the day you received the Artwork. We will do our best to help with any issue of this nature and may provide exchanges in the unlikely event that the artwork is faulty. 

It says I cannot ship to my location when trying to purchase?

At the moment we only ship framed prints to the Uk and most of the EU. We do however allow delivery for unframed prints to the UK, US, EU and AUS. Depending on the size and location we may be able to facilitate a delivery outside of these locations, please contact karlowildcontact@gmail.com to find out more.

Can you change the frame of my print or advise on frames :

Options are available to purchase prints without frames as it can be such a personal choice in terms of mount size, colour, material. If the print has a frame option available however, this cannot be changed or altered and has been picked to specifically go with that print. All of the sizing information will be located on each description page with the print.

What is the lead time for prints? 

As each print is done individually upon purchase, creation and delivery can take up to 14 business days depending on your location.

What is the difference between artwork and prints?

Prints are where a photo or scan is taken of the original artwork piece and then printed onto high quality archival heritage paper, therefore making them exact replicas of an artwork on canvas, they are flat to the touch. Prints are created to the highest quality standard and are a little piece of the 1 of 1 original you love. 

Do you have any readily available paintings?

I have sporadic drops of artworks a couple of times a month, a few of these are posted on my social media platforms that can be located on the home page and tend to be snapped up quickly. Please email karlowildcontact@gmail.com to enquire if you wish to purchase or collaborate.

Do you offer payment plans?

Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans for prints, however 1 of 1 artworks are organised uniquely on a case by case basis. Please contact to karlowildcontact@gmail.com for more information on available artworks.

The Size I'm after isn't available?

We use Standard International Paper Sizing which is A3 - A1, If you do have a special size request, please contact karlowildcontact@gmail.com to enquire as unique charges will apply. All sizes that are currently available will show up on the product page.
